A relocation package will be provided. •Develop and execute the vision and technical strategy for Saab's advanced antenna technologies across the U.S. business. •Partner with senior leadership to define technology priorities, strategic investments, and long-term innovation roadmaps. •Strategically drive design, development, and transition of advanced radar and antenna technologies from concept to operational capability. •Lead the development of complex radar and antenna product applications while guiding product strategy throughout the lifecycle. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering leadership to shape and execute R&D initiatives aligned with business objectives and customer needs. •Support strategic pursuits by providing technical leadership for next-generation surveillance solutions. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. citizen.
