Required Skills: •Serve as a strategic thought partner and confidant to the CEO, offering candid counsel on the firm's most complex and sensitive decisions. •Drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring tight alignment with corporate strategy and long-term growth objectives. •Partner with the CEO to shape and pressure-test strategic plans, competitive positioning, and new market opportunities. •Track priorities, deliverables, and action items across the executive team, holding leaders accountable to commitments and timelines. •Coordinate and facilitate executive leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic planning sessions while driving rigorous discussion, and documenting decisions. •Establish and refine the processes, metrics, and governance mechanisms that keep the organization operating at a high standard of discipline. •Partner with leaders across the business to clear obstacles, resolve cross-functional tension, and accelerate decision-making. •Serve as a connective force between the CEO, executive team, employees, clients, and external stakeholders (including Strategic Advisory Board members), ensuring information flows efficiently in both directions. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field required; MBA or other advanced degree (JD, MPP) preferred. •Demonstrated experience partnering directly with a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a high-growth, professional services, or technology environment. •Strong command of business fundamentals, including strategy, finance, operations, and organizational design, with the judgment to move fluidly between them. •Solid functional working knowledge of consulting and technology business models (e.g., utilization and billability metrics, engagement economics, recurring revenue/SaaS metrics) preferred. •Demonstrated experience building and interpreting financial models, P&L statements, and board-level reporting. •A track record of managing ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives to completion, often without formal authority. •Superior written and verbal communication skills, with direct experience producing board-level materials and investor communications. •Unimpeachable discretion in handling confidential financial, strategic, and organizational information. •A bias toward action, sound judgment under pressure, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. •Willingness to travel as needed to support client and stakeholder engagements.
