Required Skills: •This is a highly strategic leadership role for an experienced engineering operations and technical program leader who thrives in fast paced, high growth technology environments. •This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex organizational challenges, building scalable operating models, and leading large cross functional engineering programs. •Partner directly with the Executive Director of AI Engineering to execute the strategic vision and priorities for Lenovo’s global Qira AI organization. •Lead execution of complex engineering initiatives across AI research, platform engineering, product development, infrastructure, and commercialization. •Drive cross functional alignment across engineering, product management, design, research, security, legal, privacy, business, and executive leadership. •Establish and continuously improve engineering operating mechanisms, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, roadmap governance, release readiness, executive dashboards, and engineering metrics. •Partner with engineering leaders to improve execution quality, engineering productivity, delivery predictability, and organizational effectiveness. •Lead technical program governance across multiple global engineering teams and ensure successful execution of strategic programs.
