Required Skills: •Strategic Technology Leadership •Define and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking IT and data strategy aligned with Bridge’s corporate goals and integrated with Apollo’s broader technology ecosystem. •Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. •Communicate technology strategy, priorities, risks, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders. •Maintain deep awareness of emerging technologies, AI/ML trends, and industry best practices to inform business and investment decisions. •Lead and oversee all core technology functions, including ESDM, Help Desk, Network Operations, Cybersecurity, and IT Project Management. •Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems. •Establish and enforce robust IT governance, policies, and standards across the organization. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) strongly preferred.
