Hiring: Chief Financial Officer Company: Little Creek Casino Resort Location: Shelton, WA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 14:15:55 Target Skills & Keywords : Financial Planning, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management About the job Required Skills: •Strategic & Executive Leadership •Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, Tribal leadership, and organizational stakeholders on financial, operational, and strategic matters. •Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. •Participate in strategic planning and major business decisions, including capital investments, expansions, acquisitions, partnerships, and other significant financial commitments. •Evaluate financial and operational performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. •Promote a culture of accountability, financial stewardship, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. •Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes. •Develop and maintain operating forecasts, cash flow projections, capital plans, and other financial models. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED. •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. •Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible financial management experience •, including significant experience in a senior financial leadership role. •Demonstrated experience leading finance and accounting functions within a complex organization, preferably in gaming, hospitality, Tribal enterprise, or another highly regulated environment. •Significant experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, and risk management. •Demonstrated knowledge of gaming-related accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting requirements, including applicable NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards. •Strong ability to analyze complex financial and operational information, identify trends and risks, and translate financial data into actionable recommendations. •Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining effective financial controls, policies, procedures, and business processes. •Demonstrated leadership experience, including developing high-performing teams, managing subordinate leaders, and fostering accountability and professional growth.
