Partner with the CEO and board on major strategic decisions. •Lead the Finance Organization •Oversee accounting, FP&A, and treasury. Mentor and develop the Controller and finance team. Build a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement. •Partner with the Board & Ownership •Serve as the primary financial partner to the CEO, board, and ownership group. Deliver the reporting, analysis, and strategic insight they need to make confident decisions and drive growth. •Build the Forecasting & Capital Model •Maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and robust quarterly, annual, and multi-year budget, P&L, and cash flow models. Your models are the roadmap to growth. •Produce branch-level P&Ls, KPI dashboards, and the financial analysis the executive team and board need to run the business and drive enterprise value.
