Engaged coworkers will drive a better customer experience. •10+ years in residential or commercial solar, home improvement, specialty trade contracting, or a comparable installation-and-service business, with at least 5 years leading a business unit or company. •A track record of steady, sustained performance. •Comfort operating lean, close enough to the work to know what is actually happening in the field. •Strong financial literacy: unit economics, gross margin by job, working capital, and cash. •Solid functional working knowledge of solar or electrical construction, permitting, utility interconnection, and inspection processes, including three-phase and commercial-scale service; New Mexico and PNM territory experience is a significant advantage. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
