The ideal candidate will have at least one year of chemical manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of chemical processing equipment and supporting production activities in a manufacturing environment. •Operate reactors, scrubber systems, vacuum systems, mechanical seals, filters, pumps and related process equipment. •Safely operate a forklift to support production and material handling activities. •Handle and transport gas cylinders using proper safety procedures and equipment. •Climb ladders and access elevated work areas as required during a shift. •Troubleshoot equipment, process issues, and operational challenges. •Assist with training through hands-on demonstrations and verbal instruction. Qualifications: •Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a chemical manufacturing or chemical processing environment. •Demonstrated employment stability and job longevity preferred. •Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
