Required Skills: •Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies aligned with Avient business objectives, growth priorities, and market opportunities. •Serve as the primary liaison between Avient and channel organizations, building strong collaborative relationships that drive growth and operational excellence. •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Sales Specialists. •Partner with Marketing, and Product Management to ensure consistent value proposition deployment throughout the channel. •Own channel performance and accountability for achieving related volume, revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. •Develop and implement channel growth programs including sales training, enablement, and marketing and sales incentive plans •Develop and maintain regular performance reporting packages that measure channel health, strategic progress, and contractual metrics •Lead regular business reviews with channel leadership and Avient stakeholders.
