Hiring: Channel Operations Clerk Company: EVERSANA Location: Memphis, TN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:29:40 About the job Required Skills: •Schedule inbound and outbound truck appointments to support operational requirements. •Coordinate with carriers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure timely loading and unloading activities. •Monitor transportation schedules and communicate delays or changes to relevant stakeholders. •Maintain accurate shipment documentation and transportation records. •Conduct inspections of incoming loads to verify product quality, quantity, and compliance with company standards. •Identify and document damaged, missing, or non-conforming products. •Ensure receiving processes meet quality and safety requirements. •Interface directly with operations and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and corrective actions. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Previous warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution experience preferred. •Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. •Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and customers. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. •Demonstrated capacity to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment. •Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
