Our products power entertainment in social and gaming venues around the globe, and we’re growing fast! •If you're looking for a career that’s exciting, meaningful, and full of opportunity, Arrow is the place to be. •Channel Manager •Arrow International is seeking a commercially minded and highly organized Channel Manager to join a newly created function as we continue to grow and expand the business. •This individual will help develop and manage the strategy for an assigned channel, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and other areas of the business to identify opportunities, improve execution, and support continued growth. •This role will report to the Director, Channel Management and Product Marketing. •Develop a strong understanding of the assigned channel, including customers, distributors, consumers, competitors, and key purchase drivers. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required. •7–10 years of progressive experience in channel management, category management, sales, product management, merchandising, or a related commercial function within a CPG manufacturer, distributor, broker, or similar organization. •Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics, product performance, and financial impact. •Comfortable working with large data sets and translating information into practical, actionable business recommendations. •Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools is a plus. •In-depth knowledge of merchandising, promotional strategy, product placement, and in-market execution.
