Required Skills: •Own full revenue responsibility for all channel-driven business outside of named strategic accounts, across every market segment. •Build, manage, and continuously optimize the distributor and independent sales representative network — partner recruitment, evaluation, and territory coverage — as the business scales. •Define success metrics and performance targets for the channel, and hold the network accountable through a regular cadence of partner business reviews. •Design and administer commission and pricing structures for the channel, adjusting for market, customer segment, and product life cycle. •Establish and coordinate technical trainings for the field applications engineering team, and onboarding/ongoing training for the broader sales organization. •Represent channel performance to senior leadership, and partner with sales, marketing, and product teams on go-to-market strategy.
