Required Skills: •Lead and oversee the continuous, uninterrupted operations of the Siemens Customer Service Center (CSC) in Irving, Texas. Qualifications: •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications •High School diploma or state-recognized GED •This is primarily an in-office position although remote work is authorized, when necessary, therefore, residing in close proximity to Irving, Texas is a requirement. •Less than 5% travel required with the position. •Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology, or significant vocational IT training and five plus years of experience maintaining the IT element of a business, data center or central monitoring station.
