Manage all non-physician clinic staff. Ensure quality of patient care. Ensure maintenance of clinic building and supplies. Ensure complete and accurate charges are attributed to each patient. •Provides leadership to the team •Hybrid Role - Be able to step in and help with any role within the clinic. •Should be able to answer phones, triage patients, understand insurance reimbursements and plans. •Recruit, hire, and complete onboarding processes for various roles; front office medical receptionist, medical assistant, x-ray, and other positions •Supervise, evaluate, and execute performance evaluations of non-provider staff •Partner with Medical Director to ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions and that high-quality care is rendered •Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures and state and federal rules and regulations Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred •A minimum of two years experience working in a supervisory role in a medical office preferred •Demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and consultative communications •Demonstrated capacity to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction •Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines and revenue cycle management experience preferred •PS: It’s All About You! •If you are looking for an opportunity where you can make a difference in the lives of others, join us on our mission.
