Hiring: Center Administrator Company: American Family Care Location: Altamonte Springs, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 11:17:02 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Credentialing About the job Required Skills: •Recruit, hire, and complete onboarding processes for various roles; front office medical receptionist, medical assistant, x-ray, and other positions •Supervise, evaluate, and execute performance evaluations of non-provider staff •Partner with Medical Director to ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions and that high-quality care is rendered •Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures and state and federal rules and regulations •Develop policies and procedures and protocols to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the organization •Lead and oversee the implementation of new services. •Educate providers on billing and coding issues and changes as well as documentation improvements. •Ensure compliance of the clinical team to include quality controls, CLIA, informed consents, and adherence to universal precautions.
