Required Skills: •Configure and maintain private 5G/LTE small-cell and callbox infrastructure supporting NR SA, LTE, and NR-RedCap. •Perform RF signal path optimization including RSRP, RSRQ, SINR measurements, cabling, attenuation, and antenna troubleshooting. •Manage modem provisioning, calibration files, QMI/DIAG interfaces, EFS operations, and modem configurations. •Execute cellular E2E validation including attach/detach flows, data path testing, GNSS integration, and multi-RAT scenarios. •Build and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines for cellular test frameworks. •Develop Python-based automation services for IP management, DNS validation, asset tracking, and lab workflows. •Support MySQL databases, configuration management, monitoring, alerting, and service health tracking. •Develop automated cellular test frameworks using JavaScript/Jest and Python. •Build tooling integrations with callboxes, modem utilities, and lab networking systems. •Required Skills: •3+ years of experience in cellular/wireless engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering. •Hands-on experience with 4G LTE / 5G NR, UE attach flows, RF measurements, and private cellular networks. •Strong Python programming skills with experience building automation tools/services. •Working knowledge of JavaScript, Bash scripting, and Linux administration. •Experience with networking concepts including VLANs, static routing, ACLs, DNS, and firewall configurations.
