Required Skills: •Configure and maintain Atlassian Data Center environments, including Jira, JSM, and Confluence. •Perform system administration activities including upgrades, patching, reindexing, node maintenance, performance optimization, and database coordination. •Design and optimize JSM portals, request types, workflows, permissions, notifications, SLAs, automation, and queue strategies. •Translate ITIL/ITSM requirements into scalable Atlassian configurations supporting Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management. •Implement and manage JSM Assets/CMDB capabilities for hardware, software, and enterprise assets. •Develop dashboards, Jira Product Discovery, and Advanced Roadmaps to provide actionable operational and service metrics. •Establish platform governance, standard configurations, naming conventions, permissions, and configuration management processes. •Evaluate and manage Atlassian Marketplace applications such as ScriptRunner, Refined, and Advanced Automations. Qualifications: •5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
