Required Skills: •Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of individuals and families. •Provide crisis assessment, crisis planning, and crisis intervention services. •Complete comprehensive intake assessments, as well as ongoing Screening, Assessment and Diagnostic evaluations for both behavioral health and substance use. •Provide person- and family- centered treatment planning. •Proving ongoing psychotherapy and group services, utilizing evidence-based practices. •Perform timely and accurate documentation of all services provided. •Partner cross-functionally with medical and other CCBHC regarding the coordination of care and services. •Partner cross-functionally with external treatment providers to coordinate care. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with OMH, OASAS and CCBHC regulations. •Knowledge of DSM 5-TR criteria. •Knowledge and experience of electronic health records (specifically AWARDS by Footholds) preferred. •Must be able to use outlook, word, excel. •Must be reliable and able to work independently and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality. •Master’s degree required: LMSW, LMHC, LMFT LCAT, or equivalent in licensure in NYS; LCSW preferred.
