Acts as liaison with other ISTC functional departments and with subscriber companies. •Directly Supervises 5-8 employees in the CBT Lab. •Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. •Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. •Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. •Identifies needs for manpower adjustments and makes required duty assignments as needed for absences and increased workloads. •Provides training, mentoring, accountability, and motivation to individuals on their team. •Completes evaluations for each team member.
