Required Skills: •Online Help (OLH) System Development and Maintenance •Change Management Assistance •Review CBMS communications for grammar, spelling, and content sent to the CBMS users. Assist with the CBMS Liaison inbox, along with other BRC- related tasks when resources are limited.
