Required Skills: •Serve as the primary owner and expert for your assigned product category. •Partner with the VP and executive team on category strategy, competitive positioning, pricing, and long-term vision. •Conduct ongoing market, competitive, and user research to identify opportunities and threats. •Define and maintain a clear product roadmap and prioritization framework for the category. •Product Development •Champion the user experience, align the cross-functional team, and translate consumer insights into meaningful and actionable project scope. •Lead the development and continuous improvement of physical products within the category, working closely with engineering, industrial design, sourcing, and operations. •Own product requirements, specifications, and launch readiness. Qualifications: •Strong category management experience, including category strategy development and performance optimization. •Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions. •Sales acumen, including understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives within product categories. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels. •Proficiency in spreadsheet and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms). •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA degree preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to work on-site in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. •This role reports directly to the VP of Product & Program Management and will be a critical member of a growing product team.
