Hiring: Category Maintenance Excellence Manager (Health Science) Company: Nestlé Health Science Location: Solon, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 17:57:08 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: Maintenance Excellence, Maintenance Strategy, CMMS, SAP, Project Management, People Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Budget Management, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, AI Tools, CPG Manufacturing, Nutraceuticals, Health Sciences Experience: - 6-7+ years of relevant work experience in a Maintenance function and/or as a Factory Engineer, preferably within a Consumer Packaged Goods, Nutraceuticals, or Health Sciences manufacturing facility - 1+ years of current or prior People Leadership experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and leading a Maintenance or Engineering improvement team - Experience with SAP systems and end-to-end Project Management - Experience with financial and budget analysis and tracking, including in-depth knowledge of costing guidelines, Finance and Accounting principles - Current or prior experience utilizing AI tools such as MS Copilot, Claude, or other tools to enhance business processes and efficiencies - Willing and able to travel up to 50%+ to various Nestlé factories across the East Coast/Mid-West Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) - Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships - Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision - Detail-oriented, data-driven, with the ability to speak through data and influence stakeholder and Executive decisions with integrity - Ability to lead through change management and business transformation - Knowledge of engineering tools such as PM, EM, AMM, EFCA - Strong understanding of Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Medical, Chemical, Electrical, or Feed Engineering is required; Master's degree a plus - Knowledge of Nestlé Engineering Standards (St 00.907.07) and Manufacturing Resources Performance Measurement (St-21.908-03) is highly preferred - Proven ability to coach, train, and assist factories in executing maintenance strategy at optimal cost - Experience leveraging internal and external benchmarking to validate strategy effectiveness and achieve best-in-class maintenance performance - Demonstrated alignment with Nestlé Leadership behaviors, fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results-oriented execution Compensation: - Salary: $125,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year - Bonus Eligibility: Yes - Competitive total rewards package including 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits - Performance-based incentives offered - Pay range is a good faith estimate; final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
