Success in this role requires strong people leadership, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of the collectibles industry. •Team Leadership & Development •Lead, coach, and develop a team of catalogers to deliver accurate, high-quality catalog listings. •Recruit, onboard, and train new catalogers to support business growth and increased auction volume. •Establish performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. •Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. •Develop staffing plans and schedules to support a seven-day-per-week operation. •Own the day-to-day cataloging priorities to ensure auction launches remain on schedule.
