Required Skills: •Research, process, and apply a high volume of incoming payments, including checks, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and lockbox receipts •Accurately allocate payments across domestic, international, corporate, and client accounts •Perform daily ACH and lockbox reconciliations •Review and correct lockbox allocations to ensure accurate payment application •Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and misapplied cash transactions •Process write-offs, adjustments, and client refunds in accordance with company policies •Prepare and distribute daily cash collection and financial reporting for senior finance leadership •Partner cross-functionally with accounting, billing, and collections teams regarding payment-related inquiries Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred •5+ years of experience in Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, or ---Corporate Accounting •Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills •Demonstrated capacity to research and resolve payment allocation issues independently •Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills •Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems •Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation: •$75,000 - $85,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
