Helping families to identify natural and informal supports. •Service delivery can be inclusive of skills training and family support. •Interacting professionally with other stakeholders: Division of Child Safety (DCS), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), juvenile probation, Direct Service Providers (DSP), etc. •Performing other duties related to the position •This position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend work.
