Regular travel throughout the region may be required. •Provide participant intake, eligibility determination, case management, and employment planning services. •Assess participant strengths, barriers, goals, skills, and workplace readiness. •Develop individualized employment and service plans and provide ongoing coaching and support. •Assist participants with job searches, résumés, applications, interview preparation, and connections to employment opportunities. •Develop and maintain relationships with employers, business organizations, educational institutions, chambers of commerce, and community partners. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and travel as needed to perform the essential functions of the position. •Bachelor's degree in human services, education, business, workforce development, marketing, or a related field preferred.
