This includes: assessment, individualized attention, coordination, career coaching, and development of individualized employment and career advancement plans. •Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up to support job retention, career progression, and achievement of long-term employment goals. •Conduct new customer orientation including introduction to career pathway opportunities, in-demand industries, and H2/H3 employment goals. •Help to ensure that positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract, with an emphasis on placement into sustainable employment and career advancement opportunities. •Facilitate all professional development workshops focused on job readiness, career exploration, advancement strategies, and preparation for high-demand occupations. •Ensure participants follow through with planned activities as outlined in contract with funding agency and progress toward identified career pathway and employment objectives. •Provide individualized assessment of work, provide referrals to appropriate community service or social service agencies when needed, and identify training or credentialing opportunities that support career advancement and access to H2/H3 occupations. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require •A working knowledge of MS Office •Two years of experience in career advisement and development, case management, customer service, or similar role assisting individuals •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts •Demonstrated telephone, computer, and strong written and verbal communication skills •Type a minimum of 35 WPM •Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, frequent change, and diverse objectives •Professional understanding of a vast array of occupations and career paths •Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in education, social services, communications and/or 2 yrs relevant experience in human service, people helping, customer service-related fields •All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
