This role serves as Pilot in Command on company aircraft and plays a critical leadership role in maintaining the department’s strong safety culture, operational excellence, and premium service standards. •The Constellation Brands flight department is an IS-BAO Stage 3 certified operation supporting domestic and international missions. The department operates a fleet of Gulfstream G280 and Gulfstream G600 aircraft and maintains an active Safety Management System (SMS) with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and professionalism. •Serve as Pilot in Command on assigned domestic and international Part 91 operations •Maintain responsibility for passenger, crew, and aircraft safety •Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, international requirements, and company SOPs •Lead, mentor, and support flight crew members •Actively participate in SMS reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives •Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning and operational decision-making Qualifications: •FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate – Multiengine •Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate •Must hold at least one jet type rating •Demonstrated capacity to be away from home for extended periods of time to support domestic and international operations •Valid U.S. passport and valid driver’s license •Demonstrated capacity to reside within one hour of Rochester International Airport (KROC) •Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete background investigation and pre-employment drug screening •Gulfstream G280 and/or G600 type rating(s) preferred •Demonstrated capacity to sit and/or stand for extended periods •Demonstrated capacity to lift to 55 pounds Compensation: •$196,500 - $359,800 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
