Hiring: Capital Markets Manager Company: Viridan Group Location: San Francisco Bay Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 22:21:05 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Capital Markets, Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •8+ years of experience across capital markets, investment, lending, or advisory roles within data centers, power, infrastructure, or real estate •3+ years of direct data center financing experience required Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support execution of financing transactions, including project finance debt, non-recourse bonds, corporate debt, and other structured financing •Build and maintain financial models and perform transaction-related analysis •Lead and support lender, investor, and capital provider due diligence •Actively facilitate and support negotiation and execution of financing and transaction documentation •Help resolve issues and drive transactions through financial close •Support funding activities and ongoing capital markets initiatives •Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, advisors, and other external partners •Partner cross-functionally with teams across M&A, FP&A, development, procurement, construction, and operations Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field •2–3+ years of direct data center financing experience required •Transaction experience with project finance, leveraged finance, project bonds, CMBS, or similar financing structures; project finance debt preferred •Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; VBA is a plus •Real estate investment banking or commercial real estate lending/investing experience is a plus •Strong ownership, communication, initiative, and analytical skills •Hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Denver, or New York City area.
