This is a strong fit for someone coming out of M&A, structured products, private credit, or a similar deal-native background who wants to work the whole lifecycle rather than one slice of it. •You'll report directly to the COO. •Buy side — evaluate, underwrite, structure •Evaluate and underwrite investment opportunities across fixed income, structured income, and credit products •Quickly review, qualify, and form a view on opportunities with limited information — separating signal from noise fast Qualifications: •3–5 years of finance experience in private credit, investment banking, private equity, structured products, or similar •Demonstrated knowledge of and personal experience in crypto and DeFi •Bachelor's degree from a top university •Strong credit and investment judgment — you can underwrite an opportunity and defend the view to the Investment Committee •Highly organized, with the ability to run several diligence workstreams in parallel without dropping threads •Comfort with ambiguity, limited information, and fast qualification decisions •Operational familiarity with basic transaction documents (NDAs, credit agreements, LPAs) •Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll be underwriting and Nice to Have •Deal-native background in M&A, structured products, or credit origination •Existing relationships across asset originators and/or distribution channels (exchanges, protocols, neobanks, allocators) Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •3–5 years of finance experience in private credit, investment banking, private equity, structured products, or similar Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
