Required Skills: •Gather, analyze, and interpret ownership data from multiple sources to identify shareholder positions, peer benchmarks, and market trends, delivering accurate and timely reports to clients. •Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships and ensuring service is aligned with each client's investor relations needs. •Conduct regular client outreach to share market developments, sector updates, and strategic insights that support client preparedness and long-term competitiveness. •Develop presentation materials and support senior team members in client meetings, contributing to relationship development and client retention. •Partner cross-functionally with global colleagues and internal partners to share knowledge, align on best practices, and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. •1–3 years of experience in capital markets, investor relations, financial services, or a comparable client-facing role. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data tools and models in a fast-moving environment. •Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients, including senior stakeholders. •Operational familiarity with shareholder analysis, buy-side research, or equity capital markets. •Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration. •This position will be located in Chicago and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
