Required Skills: •Oversee a team of fundraising professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to meet aggressive revenue targets. •Establish individual goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability through performance metrics. •Provide ongoing professional development, including training on best practices in donor engagement and fundraising techniques. •Facilitate regular check-ins and team meetings to share insights, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed. •Serve as a mentor and guide, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. •Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to achieve short- and long-term goals. •Create customized engagement plans for high-value donors, ensuring tailored strategies for different donor portfolios. •Partner cross-functionally with program and marketing teams to create content, events, and opportunities that align with donor interests and drive engagement. Qualifications: •Passion for a strong U.S.-Israel relationship, as well as knowledge of issues related to Israel, the Middle East and American politics •A minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams to meet or exceed financial targets. •A minimum of 5 years management experience with strong leadership and team management skills with demonstrated experience in motivating, developing, and holding teams accountable. •Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. •Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce and Outreach preferred) and Microsoft Office. •A deep commitment to the mission and values of AIPAC and the U.S.-Israel relationship. •Please provide cover letter with resume to be considered.
