Required Skills: •Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements from Treasury, Trading, Middle Office, and Operations stakeholders. •Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) •For new features, enhancements, and regulatory changes. •Perform gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Calypso functionality •Lead requirement walkthroughs, design reviews, and sign-off sessions with business and technology stakeholders. •Define UAT scope and acceptance criteria; support business users through UAT execution and defect triage. •Assess business impact of Calypso version upgrades and regulatory changes across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.
