Places finished product on racks and transfers racks to cooler, freezer or wrapping area. •Checks production schedule for daily needs. Processes all cakes following assembly instruction in Cake Decorating •Manual. Cut half-sheet cakes in half to prepare for filling. Fill and ice cakes following weight instructions. Decorate cakes per decorating guidelines. Qualifications: •Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety certification, and all safety training required by the warehouse and department.
