Required Skills: •This is an onsite position supporting a customer site in Broward County, FL. Candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week. Qualifications: •Administer and support the Motorola PremierOne (P1 CAD) application environment. •Maintain 24/7 operational readiness for CAD, mobile, RMS interfaces, and supporting infrastructure. •Manage and support virtual infrastructure using VMware vSphere. •Administer containerized services running on Red Hat OpenShift. •Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning. •Coordinate with Motorola and third-party vendors for system upgrades, patches, and issue resolution. •Maintain high-availability configurations, failover clusters, and disaster recovery replication. •Administer and maintain backend databases supporting CAD operations. •Implement and maintain CJIS-compliant security controls. •Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
