The role requires flexibility to move between cabling, network installation, end-user support, and general field technician work based on daily business needs. •Operate independently, follow technical procedures carefully, communicate professionally, and support a broad mix of network, cabling, POS, deskside, and field service needs. •Install, terminate, test, label, route, dress, and troubleshoot Cat5e/Cat6 cabling in accordance with project requirements. •Install and support racks, patch panels, standard switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, faceplates, and related network equipment. •Perform general field technician work daily as required, including POS, kiosk, workstation, printer, peripheral, and commercial technology support. •Provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. •Assist with desktop and laptop deployments, workstation setup, imaging, upgrades, and hardware replacement.
