Required Skills: •Develop long term staffing plans for Cabin Servers. •Facilitate PTO inquiries in compliance with operational guidelines. •Monitor and adjust aircraft coverage schedules due to program movement to ensure adequate staffing and effective Cabin Server utilization are maximized. •Analyze monthly staffing requirements against owner demand and aircraft coverage. •Proactively manage any short-term staffing deficits. •Lead and oversee working directly with crew planning and Flight Department teams to ensure schedule planning aligns. •Ensure accurate updates are made to Cabin Server schedules in the company’s centralized aviation database. •Coordinate implementation of staffing and training plans with various departments. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in business related field or aviation preferred.
