Required Skills: •Create, release, maintain, and monitor purchase orders to support make-to-stock production requirements. •Manage product serialization activities and ensure data accuracy across assigned product groups. •Review inventory availability and allocate existing stock to customer sales orders based on priority and demand requirements. •Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to establish priorities and provide timely updates on material availability and order status. •Maintain and communicate sales order fulfillment and shipping schedules. •Conduct regular reviews with suppliers and contract manufacturers to assess production schedules, delivery performance, capacity, and overall supplier performance. •Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, proactively identify supply risks, and expedite materials when necessary. •Partner with Quality, Finance, and suppliers to resolve material, invoice, payment, and quality-related issues.
