Required Skills: •Lead the overall performance, profitability, and strategic growth of the Safety Services Division. •Own P&L performance, revenue growth, gross margin, annual budgets, financial forecasting, and project profitability. •Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue retention, backlog, pipeline, gross profit, and sustained profitability objectives. •Manage staffing levels, workload planning, billable utilization, resource allocation, and capacity forecasting. •Develop pricing, estimates, scopes of work, proposals, and resource plans for client engagements. •Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while identifying opportunities for new business, client retention, and account expansion. •Develop trusted client relationships and serve as a senior technical and commercial resource throughout the engagement lifecycle. •Remain actively client-facing and billable, particularly while developing additional professionals capable of assuming greater delivery responsibility. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work in both professional office environments and active industrial facilities. •Demonstrated capacity to walk, stand, climb stairs, and navigate industrial sites for extended periods while conducting audits, assessments, training, and client engagements. •Demonstrated capacity to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with client-specific safety requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to work indoors and outdoors and tolerate environmental conditions commonly encountered at industrial, petrochemical, refining, construction, and manufacturing facilities. •Demonstrated capacity to travel by vehicle and other means as required to support clients, projects, and business-development activities. •Demonstrated capacity to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
