Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •Seven or more years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably within manufacturing. •Applied hands-on capability in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, monthly close, and financial reporting. •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and a demonstrated ability to deliver against tight reporting deadlines. •Strong Excel and financial analysis skills, with the ability to move from detailed accounting work to operational insight. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating closely with a parent-company finance organization. •CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials. •Previous Controller experience in a manufacturing environment. •Deep experience with standard costing, bills of materials, routings, and manufacturing variance analysis. •Background in budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial planning and analysis.
