Required Skills: •Strategic Transformation Leadership •Execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals. •Execute actionable programs across business systems, operations, and digital platforms, based on strategic objectives. •Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. •Oversee the site-level integration and optimization of ERP, PLM, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Windchill). •Standardize and digitize core business processes, including BOM structures, change order controls, and data governance. •Partner with IT and engineering to implement automation strategies (AI/ML,RPA) that enhance productivity and data integrity. •SAP certification in integration or S/4HANA modules. Qualifications: •A strong understanding of critical power manufacturing business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales is critical to the success of this role. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. •Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, APIs) is preferred but not required. •Middleware Tools Is Preferred But Not Required. •Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
