Prior experience with the team’s specific applications is not required. •Analyze business-partner and end-user needs and document clear business and functional requirements. •Develop an understanding of workflows across billing and receivables, travel and expense, treasury, and cash-management functions. •Translate business requirements into functional documentation, application changes, configuration updates, or process-improvement recommendations. •Support a portfolio of enterprise business applications used for invoice generation, contract administration, expense processing, anomaly detection, bank-statement aggregation, treasury data, and related finance activities. •Investigate production-support tickets and determine the appropriate path for resolution. •Resolve application issues within the team’s scope or coordinate with software vendors and technology partners when additional support is required. •Communicate application disruptions, downtime, and other important service information to business partners and end users. Qualifications: •Five years of related work experience in finance, business technology, project management, business analysis, enterprise application support, or a related field. •Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience. •Strong communication, active-listening, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to learn unfamiliar business processes and software products. •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple responsibilities within an ongoing application-support environment. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams. •Demonstrated aptitude and interest in data analytics, including the ability to use data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, improve processes, or support business decisions.
