Required Skills: •Own and manage Canopy's daily operations in Zuora. •Design and optimize workflows for billing, subscription management and financial reporting, with a focus on automation, scalability, and accuracy. •Strategize and build the vision for how Canopy uses Zuora. •Anticipate business needs and deliver functionality to support new product launches, pricing changes, and internal process changes. •Drive seamless cross-system integrations and data flows across business systems. •Identify and implement AI-powered automation to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. •Partner with system owners and business stakeholders to align tools with complete, end-to-end business processes within Zuora. •Communicate solutions and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and business audiences.
