Work effectively with all areas of the University, including other systems/business analysts, platform administrators, and project managers, on joint projects as necessary. •Work as part of the ITS Solutions Delivery Team to deliver high-quality digital business solutions. Help maintain the business process library. Work with the Documentation & Training Specialist to meet client support needs for documentation and training. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field •Two years of direct experience in business systems analysis •In lieu of a degree, any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered. •Master's degree in a relevant field. •Background in accounting/financial administration, human resource administration, or procurement operations. •Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification. •Workday Pro or Partner certification. •Solid functional working knowledge of Workday ERP functionality across multiple functional domains (HCM, Financials, Procurement, and/or Adaptive Planning), with the ability to develop deeper expertise in specific modules as assigned. •Proficient in Workday's core reporting and integration toolset, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, and BIRT report writer. •Demonstrated capacity to work with clients to solve problems, provide guidance, and enhance their ability to use functional modules in business system platforms such as Workday ERP.
