Required Skills: •This role is based in the Greater Austin area. •Analyze, document, and improve business processes across multiple functional areas; gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations. •Actively facilitate and support administration, maintenance, and enhancement of two ERP systems, performing configuration, testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for releases. •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, software vendors, and third-party consultants to deliver technology solutions; troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with technical teams. •Develop functional specifications, process documentation, workflows, and training materials; provide end-user training and ongoing functional support for business applications. •Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational and executive decision-making, including ERP integrations with external applications and business intelligence tools. •Ensure system changes comply with internal controls, cybersecurity policies, and defense industry regulations; participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and data migration activities. •3–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role, including experience supporting two ERP platforms in a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
