Qualifications: •Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe certifications. •Strong knowledge of automation tools, monitoring, and logging platforms. •Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., ADO, Jira, Asana). •Analytical Thinking: Strong root cause analysis skills. Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions. •In-depth knowledge of business processes and ERP/CRM systems. •Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. •Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about successful project completion. •Adaptability: Open to learning and adapting to new systems, technologies, and business •Demonstrated capacity to work independently but in a collaborative manner.
