Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. •Proven experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment. •Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. •Demonstrated capacity to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and drive clarity. •Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and product delivery practices. •Exposure to production support concepts including incident management, monitoring, alerting, root cause analysis, and operational readiness. •Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in delivering high-quality outputs. •Proficiency in creating business and technical documentation, process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
