Required Skills: •Work closely with Sr. Business Analyst, Developers and other technical team members and business users during project implementations, upgrades, and migrations. •Document current and future-state process flows to analyze business processes, including user roles, use cases, edit rules, detailed system and functional specifications. •Support business users and subject matter experts, guiding the definition of new requirements and identifying practical ways to improve business processes. •Produce technical/functional specifications, workflow charts, and diagrams that provide developers with detailed application requirements. •Maintain documentation covering program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and defect resolution. •Identify business strategies, challenges, and opportunities to help partners prioritize new initiatives and capabilities. •Partner cross-functionally with or lead cross-functional teams to meet business requirements, resolve issues and support system testing. •Perform data analysis using E1 queries, Microsoft Pivot tables, etc. for troubleshooting and identification of issues. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required. •PMP certification is a plus. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance and Accounting or a related field from an accredited university or institution. •CPA preferred but not required. •Extensive understanding of JD Edwards E1 system, applications and data structures. •Construction or high-volume distribution environment experience is a plus. •Required experience with Job Cost, Profit Recognition, Service Billing, Contract Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Subcontracts. •Strong technical understanding of E1 tables, data structures, data dictionary, form extensions, workflows, user defined objects, etc. •Demonstrated capacity to set up/configure projects, cost structures, automatic accounting instructions (AAIs), tax set up. •Deep knowledge of data integrity reports and provide support to resolve system integrity related issues.
