Required Skills: •Program and Project Management (50%) •Lead end‑to‑end project management for initiatives in DISC and the DCC, including collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and tracking and reporting on progress. •Monitor project status across multiple concurrent initiatives, proactively identifying barriers, risks, and mitigation strategies. •Management of the DISC Service Center •Cross-Functional Engagement and Administrative Support (30%) •Serve as a central coordination point for projects involving multiple departments, Centers, service centers, and institutes. •Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, effective communication, and accountability. •Provide administrative support to leadership including scheduling, preparing agendas, presentations, meeting materials, taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on decisions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, public administration, healthcare administration, strategic management, project management or a related field. •Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis. •Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. •Master’s degree in public administration, health administration, business administration, or related field. •Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable certification. •Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. We are unable to provide work visa sponsorship or employment authorization for this position now or in the future. •Analytical Skills – Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and understand complex information •Communication Skills - Excellent command of the English language, and ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally. Experience presenting and facilitating in groups. •Interpersonal Skills – Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution; interacts with people in a friendly, open, honest manner; models a commitment to teamwork; demonstrates respect for the opinions of others; and maintains high level of confidentiality. •Customer Service – Demonstrates a commitment to excellent customer service, providing internal and external customers with information or assistance in resolving problems.
