Uses AI to model cross-functional dependency scenarios and generate plan updates; validates and owns all outputs. •Ensures CM plans define clear activation criteria, escalation protocols, and emergency procedures for all covered functions. •Leads BIA/AIA for assigned domains across all business functions. •Governs AI-generated cross-functional dependency mapping and multi-function impact models with expert judgment. •Ensures BIA/AIA captures both business process recovery requirements and crisis management resource requirements, and what the organization needs to coordinate, communicate, and lead during an active incident. •Owns crisis response coordination for assigned enterprise domains during active incidents and CM exercises. •Governs crisis communication quality, validating AI-generated stakeholder communications for accuracy, tone, and regulatory compliance before distribution. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholder notifications. •Supports emergency activation for assigned functions.
